Memories of the 1940s
Jigsaw

The beauty of this particular page is that I got to, actually had to, complete the jigsaw before I could take the photo. I used to love doing jigsaws when I was a kid - I must be careering headlong into my second childhood! assuming I ever actually left the first one!!!
Gibsons have put together a display of fifty odd games and toys, all from the 1940s, with BAYKO bang in the middle, in prime position - where, of course, it should be!
The jigsaw is part of a series of “Toy Box Memories” from the 1940s to the 1970s and consists of a thousand pieces. Anyway, I enjoyed doing it, and I can thoroughly recommend it. It is available from a number of sources - I got mine off eBay.
Perhaps I shouldn't be saying this, but it has now been professionally framed, and lives, on the wall, in my BAYKO shed toilet!!!
