BAYKO Set #4 Instruction Manual -
January, 1957 - 3rd Issue

Altogether Plimpton Engineering printed four issues [of which this is the third] of the sets #0 to #4 manual, aimed primarily at their flagship BAYKO set - set #4.

Print coded January, 1957, this manual was designated as the 3rd issue.

Being pedantic, as I haven't yet studied one, I can't say for certain if this version is identical to it's predecessor, issue 2, however, apart from the fact that the type setting errors on pages 7 and 42 have been corrected, it is identical to the version before that! I've now been on the lookout for issue 2 for so long that I now believe it was never issued…

This manual overlaps three versions of the sets #0 to #3 manual, specifically those printed in January 1957, November 1957 and August 1959.

The manual was printed by J.H. Leeman Ltd., Leighton Printing Works, Neston, Wirral. It has a full colour cover, the rest of the 60 pages are printed in red, green and black on white, gloss paper.

Size - 250mm x 185mm = 9.8 x 7.3 inches.
This was labelled as 3rd issue.
Number of copies printed - 30,000.
