From the roundabout take the A4538 towards Pershore/Alcester. |
2nd |
Go straight over the next small roundabout (2nd exit). |
3rd |
At the next roundabout take the first exit on to the A422 towards Alcester. |

Travel along the A422 passing through Upton Snodsbury and Grafton Flyford. |

Just after passing through Flyford Flavell you will find the Red Hart Public House on your left hand side. Turn left immediately before the Red Hart (Cockshot Lane). |

Travel right to the end of this lane and on reaching a T-Junction in Stock Green, turn right. |

Continue along this road passing through Stock Green, past the Bird in Hand Public House on the right hand side. |

Approximately half a mile from the Bird in Hand, take the first turn on the right hand side, immediately after a black and white thatch cottage. |

The lane is a single track road with ‘Quiet Lane’ posts at the end. Go along to where the tarmac ends (about half a mile), and you should be at the 3rd and last property ‘Stock Wood Lodge Farm’. |

Leave the M40 at Stratford Upon Avon Junction 15. |
2nd |
Take the A46 signposted Stratford. |
3rd |
Follow the A46 to Alcester, there is no need to go through Stratford Town Centre. |

Leave Stratford and head towards Alcester. |
5th |
You will travel for about 4-5 miles before you reach the outskirts of Alcester. |

When you reach a large roundabout with a BP garage opposite, turn right towards Alcester. |

At the next roundabout turn left towards Arrow and Worcester. |

After 100-200 yards turn right on the A422 to Worcester. |

At the end of this road, turn left then an immediate right, still on the A422 to Worcester. |

Travel for about 2 miles ignoring lanes on the right hand side, until you see a right turn to Redditch, don’t turn here. |

Immediately after this turn, is a road signposted Stock Wood, turn here. |

Exactly 1.5 miles from this turn, is a turning on the left. It is the third turning on the right, and it is a single track lane. |

We are at the end of this lane, Stock Wood Lodge Farmwhich say ‘Quiet Lane’, but be careful because so does Stockwood Lane). |

Go right to the end of this lane passing 2 properties on the right hand side, go round the bend until you come to the end of the tarmac. You should now have reached Stock Wood Lodge Farm. |

Leave M42 at Junction 3 and turn left towards Redditch & Evesham. |
2nd |
Travel on this road (A435) for nearly 3.5 miles. |
3rd |
Turn Left on to A4023 towards Redditch & Bromsgrove. |

At the roundabout, go straight on towards Bromsgrove (A448). |

Keep on this road for about 2 miles. |

Then turn left and follow signs to Bromsgrove (A448) & Evesham (A441) (This is a slip road which takes you up to a roundabout where you take the 1st exit). |

Do not follow the signs to Worcester. |

At the next roundabout, take 3rd exit to Evesham (A441). |

At next roundabout take 2nd exit to Evesham A441 & Astwood Bank. |

Go straight on at traffic lights. |

From traffic lights travel 0.6miles on A441. |

Then turn right to Inkberrow on B4092. |

Go to the T-junction, turn left then immediately right. |

Still on the B4092 to Inkberrow passing through Holberrow Green. |

At the next T-junction, turn right towards Worcester on A422. |

Now take another immediate right signposted Stock Wood 1½. |

Travel on this road for 1.4miles (just after the second left turn back to Inkberrow). |

Then turn left down a track with ‘Quiet Lane’ posts (these are also at the beginning of the road to Inkberrow). |

The track is just past two thatched cottages on your right, and just before another thatch on your left. |

Go along to where the tarmac ends (about half a mile), and you should be at the 3rd and last property ‘Stock Wood Lodge Farm’. |

You should now be able to see the gym. It’s the brick building in front of you. |
